Y-Lynx releases their Radio Modem Starter Kit for TRM8053-500, 868MHz band, 500mW Long Range Radio Modem

The Y-Lynx RMSK-TRM8053-500 starter kit consists of two identical platforms, both using the long-range radio modem YLX-TRM8053-500 operating in the 868 to 870MHz frequency range. Combined with a GUI (graphical user interface), this solution enables customers to develop and field test a wireless product for long range application. The range-test functionality added in the GUI is used to establish a communication over several kilometers but also provides a clear vision of the RF-channel quality (RSSI, number of error, bit error rate,...). The PC software displays the network architecture (server/clients) and gives a better understanding of what is going on during the communication process.
